Rikki Farrar-Odeniyi was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and is the youngest of five children. Rikki was the first in her family to graduate from college and graduate school. In addition to having a distinguished management career, she is also an experienced event planner, job fair planner, and celebration of life coordinator. She holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA in Global Management.
In October of 2008 Rikki
attended training with the Insight Institute to become a certified celebrant. The purpose of the certification is to obtain the needed training for providing services in the funeral home that are personalized and reflective of the one whom has passed away.
Rikki is an avid volunteer and leader in the community. She belongs to the Urban League, National Association of Professional women, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., and the NAACP. Rikki is also a member of The James Hughes Memorial Scholarship Fund and was awarded a community service award from Senator Vincent Hughes in January of 2009.
Rikki enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, traveling, reading, horse riding, bike riding, public speaking, long debates, great stories and engaging people. She is looking forward to expanding her horizons by taking a flying lesson in the future and perfecting her skills in American Sign Language.
She is a focused CEO and just the type of visionary leader needed to launch this company into the future.
